By using Release Form you agree to these terms. The app is free to use for collecting media releases for your own productions.
Not legal advice
The starter templates are general boilerplate, not legal advice, and may not suit your production, your use of the material, or the laws where you work. You are responsible for the wording of every release you use and for whether it is enforceable. When it matters, have a lawyer review it.
Your records
Signed releases exist only on your device until you share or export them. Boyfriend Solutions holds no copy and cannot recover lost records. Keeping backups is your responsibility.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Boyfriend Solutions LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or records, arising from your use of the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do, and continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
